Morocco Road Trips – Terms and Conditions is a trademark and an established tour operator. Our goal is to provide quality assured day trips from Marrakech; unique and customised desert trips and road trips from Marrakech, Tangier and Casablanca; unique and customized road trips of varying duration, visiting Morocco’s Imperial Cities and many other destinations within the country. To complete a booking with us, you must read and agree with the following terms:


Confirmation of bookings/reservations must be made in writing, through our company email (accessible from our website). Requests to make a change to a booking, and confirmation of such, must also be made in writing in the same way. You will receive confirmation of any deposits paid via email, in writing.

Please inform us of any special requests that you have (e.g. dietary, medical, physical, etc.), in writing, when making your booking. We will do our best to accommodate these – we will inform you by email, whether or not this is possible.

Changes To Your Booking/Cancellation:

Extra charges may be applied should you need to change your booking. If there is a legitimate reason why we are unable to change your booking after your deposit has been paid, you may need to revert to your original booking or cancel it and pay any cancellation charges incurred.

If you need to cancel your trip after your deposit has been paid, you should inform us of this as soon as possible. Charges for cancellation are dependent upon our receipt of your written notification of such:

  • 28 days or more before travel date: you will be refunded 50% of your deposit
  • 11-27 days before travel date: you will be refunded 25% of your deposit
  • 10 days or less before travel date: no refund

In case of an emergency e.g. natural disaster, terrorism, riots, fire, climate conditions, etc. – should we need to cancel your trip – you will receive a full refund of all monies paid. We will not provide additional compensation.


Details of your final itinerary will be agreed with you, in writing, before the payment of the agreed deposit. If you have any preferences about hotel bookings, locations, bed configurations, etc., please let us know about this before payment of your deposit. We will make every attempt to accommodate your requests. You will be contacted in writing about this. If requests are made after payment of deposit, we will attempt to accommodate but will not pay any compensation if it is not possible. We must receive your deposit to confirm your booking – this should be paid via the PayPal link on our website. On receipt of your deposit, you will receive an email confirming your booking and itinerary. The remainder of the balance must be paid in cash (Dirham/Euro) on the first day of your trip.


We do not provide you with insurance – however, we do recommend that you purchase appropriate travel insurance in case of illness, flight delay/cancellation, baggage loss, etc.

Travel Documentation:

You are responsible for having the required, valid documentation for travel – your passport must be valid for 6 months before entering and leaving the country.

Privacy & Confidentiality:

We will remain responsible for securing booking information shared with us. With your consent, we will share this to make reservations with hotels or other third-party vendors. We will also share your specific travel requests, with your consent – with our partners in order to make your trip run as smoothly and safely as possible.

Our Responsibility:

If there is a significant difference between the agreed description in the itinerary and your actual trip, reasonable compensation will be paid (this is dependant upon the amount of money paid to us for that particular portion of the trip). We are not responsible for any injury, illness, death, damage to property or property loss during your trip.

If you are not happy with our service, please make this known to your driver/guide/hotel as soon as possible – this will give us the opportunity to rectify this quickly to minimise any discomfort or dissatisfaction you are having. If for some reason this is not possible, please contact us in writing with details of your problem – we will make every effort to solve any issues that you are unhappy with.
