Day 1 :

Casablanca to Chefchaouen

Depart from Casablanca and visit the iconic Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world, known for its stunning architecture and location by the Atlantic Ocean. Spend some time exploring this architectural masterpiece before continuing your journey to Rabat, the capital city of Morocco. In Rabat, visit the historic sites such as the Hassan Tower and stroll through the charming streets of the Oudaya Kasbah. After exploring Rabat, head towards Chefchaouen, a journey of approximately 4-5 hours. Arrive in Chefchaouen in the evening and settle into your accommodation.

Day 2 :

Chefchaouen To Fes

After breakfast, After breakfast, spend the morning exploring the captivating blue streets of the Blue City, capturing memorable photos and soaking in its unique ambiance. Visit the fortress, Plaza Uta Hammam, and the bustling Medina before beginning your journey to Fes.
The scenic drive to Fes will take approximately 5 hours, including stops for sightseeing and breaks. Along the way, you'll visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis, inhabited since the Neolithic Period and later by the Carthaginians and Romans. Explore historic landmarks like the house of Orpheus and the house of Dionysus with a local guide. Afterward, continue your journey to Fes with a straight drive, arriving in the evening. Spend the night in a Riad within the old Medina.

Day 3 :

Historical and Cultural Tour of Fes with a Local Guide

After breakfast your guide will meet you at your riad and you will begin your tour of Morocco’s oldest Imperial City. In Fez, an enchanting blend of history, culture, and architecture awaits. Begin your exploration in the ancient medina, a UNESCO World Heritage site where narrow alleyways lead to bustling souks, ornate mosques, and hidden courtyards.
Visit the Al-Qarawiyyin Mosque and University, a symbol of Islamic scholarship dating back to the 9th century, offering a glimpse into the city's rich artistic heritage.
For a sensory experience, visit the Chouara Tannery, where vibrant hues of leather dye create a striking panorama against the city's skyline. While the Royal Palace remains closed to the public, its majestic gates and elaborate facades provide a glimpse of Morocco's regal past

Day 4 :

Fes – Ifran – Azrou – Midelt – Errachidia – Erfoud – Merzouga

After breakfast, we depart from Fes towards the Merzouga Sahara Desert, passing through the scenic cedar forests of the Middle Atlas Mountains, with stops in Ifran and Azrou. In Midelt, we'll pause for lunch before continuing our journey.
As we traverse the landscape, we'll cross the Ziz River and drive past countless palm trees and fortified kasbahs towards Erfoud, eventually arriving in Merzouga and Erg Chebbi. Here, you'll spend the night in a hotel nestled by the dunes, offering a unique and serene desert experience.

Day 5 :

Merzouga – Tinjdad – Tinghir Oasis – Todgha Gorge – Dades Gorge

Before sunrise, our camel guide will rouse you for an early start, leading us back as the sun emerges on the horizon. We'll pause along the route to savour the sunrise. Upon reaching the hotel, our journey proceeds to visit Arfoud's fossilized marble factory before heading to Touroug to explore ancient underground irrigation systems.
The adventure progresses to the Todra Gorges, renowned for towering vertical walls—a haven for climbers. After a brief hike to admire the stunning gorge, we venture to the Dades Valley through Boumalne, making stops for picturesque snapshots along the way.

Day 6 :

Dades Gorge – Roses Valley – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech

Bid farewell to the Dades Gorges after breakfast, and we will continue our journey through the Roses Valley to Kalaa Mgouna where you will have the opportunity to visit one of the Rose Co-operatives and learn about how the locals prepare rose-scented perfumes based on distilled rose water.
We will continue to Ouarzazate through the Skoura oasis which is famous for its palm groves. Then we will stop for lunch at Ait Ben Haddou, before visiting the kasbah there which is a UNESCO world heritage site – this is used as a location for many Hollywood movies and for fashion and commercial shooting. In the afternoon, our road trip will continue through the High Atlas Mountains, crossing the Tizi n Tichka Pass, passing by many Berber villages with houses made from stone and mud. You will notice immediately that the way of life for locals here has not changed for centuries! We will arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon.
